3*Psiloc Photo Tagger is a tool which automatically tags and renames photos taken by your phone camera. Tags and filenames depend on location information sent by your GSM operator. Tagging works in background and is launched automatically on phone start-up. Psiloc Photo Tagger requires your GSM operator to provide so called cell info through cell broadcast message. You can check if it's available by enabling cell info display under Tools->Settings->Network->Cell info display. Go to the phone standby screen and check if there are some location messages shown there.
