Diablo Cam emulator does not support duplicate Providers (i.e. with the same Ident) in Biss.
This means that the first of the list is always used and that it is the only to work between duplicate Providers with the same Ident. See Fausto_Keys.txt file for list of Biss Idents included in key.bin file you are using.
There are several Biss channels using the same ident eg:
Ident 000001:
Earth TV Network (Telstar12 15W - 12645H 3255 3/4)
DAD-5 WNBC-4 New York - feed (Telstar12 15W - 11519H 3744 7/8)
TV8 (Turksat 42E - 11830 H 6666 3/4)
TRT1 (Turksat 42E - 11919V 24440 3/4)
TV Canaria (Hispasat 30W - 11474H 3400 3/4)
LiderTV (Eutelsat Sesat 36E - 12521H 4340 1/2)
Megasport (Amos 2 4W - 10722H 27500 3/4)
Ident 000004:
ENTV-PROGRAMME NATIONAL (NSS7 22W Freq 12735 H 16640 3/4)
TV KYIV (4 West 10722 H 27500 3/4)
If you want to change the order of Providers in Fausto_Keys.xml file because you need to modify the first of the list in case of duplicate Providers you should move Idents.
So you'll have to open Fausto_Keys.xml file with Fausto Editor (for example) and to start moving Idents.
How to move an Ident with Fausto:
1.Select an Ident.
2.Press Space Bar ([provid-ProvName] added on provider selected).
3.Select provider destination (=new position).
4.Press Space Bar again.
5.Provider moved.
