This program is used to build a "server" file which gets sent to a
victim and once they open it, their ENTIRE COMPUTER information
including instant messenger (IM) account details, their local IP
address, service pack edition, windows edition, RAM type & maximum
space, processor type & maximum power, steam details, licenses,
product keys and so on will get uploaded to your FTP (File Transfer
Protocol) account. Anyone who follows the instructions carefully will
be able to succeed in this type of hacking, good luck.
Instructions:
1. Extract the RAR file, open the folder, run "Universal1337 V2", if
you get a COMDLG32.OCX error, go into the "Extras" folder, click on
"Fix COMDLG32.OCX Error", go back to the original folder and run the
"Universal1337 V2" again, if it still doesn't work, right-click on
"Universal1337 V2" and click on "Run as administrator", now it will
open successfully.
2. Now the next step might seem a bit off-putting but I assure you,
this is extremely simple to do. I tested the E-mail option (all
victim's info gets sent to your e-mail) but it didn't work, so I
figured it's because of the security that some E-mail providers
assemble. This means you will need an FTP account, this takes 1 minute
to do, here we go...
3. How to create an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) account: Go to
enter your desired username and password and then fill in the security
code (shown on the picture). This is all you need for the FTP account
to be created. Now, visit this second link=http://www.freesat.3xforum.rotxftp.com/]http://www.freesat.3xforum.rotxftp.com/,
in the "FTP Server Address", enter "www.freesat.3xforum.roftpwt.com" (that's the site
where you registered your FTP account), then enter your FTP username
and password and click on "Login".
4. Now open your "Universal1337 V2" again, choose "FTP Upload", enter
"www.freesat.3xforum.roftpwt.com" in the "FTP Server" box (top box), put your username in
the "Username" box (middle box) and your password in the "Password" box
(third box). You don't have to mess around with the program in
"Settings" so just click on "Build!", it will run an animation and say
"Building file...", if you get the "COMDLG32.OCX" error again, see step
1, and repeat it all AGAIN.
5. The hardest part is over, now in your main "Universal1337 V2"
folder, you will see a file called "server". You can rename this to
whatever you want. Send this file to your victim but make sure you tell
them to turn their antivirus off. (Personally, I rename the "server" to
"SteamHack V1", tell them that the hack isn't working for me and ask
them if they could test it. Then I tell them that because of this being
a hack, they have to turn their antivirus off, they usually fall for
this).
6. When the victim successfully runs the "server" file, refresh the
page which you have logged into before or if you closed it, go to and login with your FTP details, see step 3 if you forgot how to login.
7. You will see a new file there, named by whatever the victim's PC
name is, on the right, click on "View"... Now, you will be able to see
EVERYTHING about the victim's computer... That wasn't so hard was it ?

Note 1: I have tested this on my 2 computers and it works 100%
Note 2: This spying tool WILL be detected as a VIRUS by your antivirus,
because it acts like one, but I assure you, this will NOT damage your
computer in any way.
Note 3: The Instructions are also included in the attachment so before you ask questions, read everything carefully.
Tip: When getting the victim's local IP address with this hack, you can
spy on them by using Project Satan 1.1 which you can check out inside
this thread
